Posters

Yes! You will receive a preview of your poster(s) before we print and ship your order. If you need us to make any changes at that time just let us know. In order to ensure you receive your preview, please make sure to add support@customtravelposters.com to your contacts so it doesn't end up in spam.

  • Room for cropping. Allow for some space around the edges of your photo to be cropped without losing any important elements from your image.
  • High resolution photos in good focus. Make sure objects and people are in focus and well within frame.
  • Meaningful to you. A good photo will be one that reminds you most of your trip or a favorite memory of a special place.

Sure! We can sometimes make minor changes and corrections to your original photo. Just email us at support@customtravelposters.com and we will do everything we can to accommodate your request.

Sure! Just let us know what text you'd like to substitute in place of the text we normally use and we would be happy to add your special message.

If work has not yet begun on your order we may be able to change your order. However changes to orders may result in delayed shipping times. Unfortunately orders that have already been started cannot be changed.

Returns

If you received the wrong product or a defective product, incorrect size or print, or your product was damaged in transit, we will gladly replace it. We only request that you send us an image of the mistake so we can share it with our production team to improve our service.

Shipping

Shipping Times

  • US orders normally arrive within 2-3 weeks from the date of purchase.
  • Canada orders normally arrive within 2-3 weeks from the date of purchase.
  • International orders normally arrive within 2-4 weeks from the date of purchase.

Within 5-7 business days after placing your order you should receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. During holidays, sale periods, and rare occasions, it may take up to 10 business days to receive your shipping confirmation email.

We offer FREE global shipping on all orders over $100+ USD.

  • For US orders under $100, the flat rate shipping cost is $9.95.
  • For Canada, UK, and Australia orders under $100 USD, the flat rate shipping cost is $14.95 USD.
  • For Europe orders under $100 USD, the flat rate shipping cost is $14.95 USD.
